On the Helmlaan no. 12 is in the back garden the vacation home of Jan and Monique Gravemaker.
Our comfortable holiday home lies in a quiet neighbouhood at walking distance of the beach, the dunes en the intimate centre of Egmond aan Zee.
The home is perfectly suited for 2 persons.
The newly decorated home is perfectly suited for 2 persons and has a ground floor and a top floor and is accomodated with a central heating.
The ground floor consist of:
a kitchen with a fridge, a4-burner gas cooker, a microwave and a coffee machine.
A living room with a couch, dining corner, radio/cd player and cable TV. A newly renovated shower/toilet.
the top floor is accommodated with:
A passage with a sink with hot and cold water, clothing storage and a sleeping room with a 2-person bed.
The home had an own entrance and a little terrace. You also get a free parking ticket.
On Thursday we bake fresh fish for you !!
Prices 2010:
Main season (July-August) €375 per week (Saturday till Saturday)
Earlier in the season (May-June) €325 per week (Saturday till Saturday)
Later in the season €300 per week
The home is also available for rent for €50 a night (not in the main season)
Gas, water, electrics, parking ticket for 1 car, tourist tax and bedlinen included
Cleaning €25 is excluded
