Number 45 is on the first floor of the "Sterflat", Egmond aan See and faces North-West receiving the mid-day and evening sun. It has a large terrace with an unbeatable view of the sea and of the Egmond aan See Boulevard.  The accommodation is suitable for two persons. 

Apartment layout. 

It has a living room (25m2), open plan kitchen (6m2), hallway, bathroom with shower and toilet, a comfortable sleeping area (14m2) next to the living room, with two single beds. 

The apartment is also also fitted with a washing machine, dish washer, electric oven, micro-wave, cable LCD flatscreen TV and radio/CD with Ipod and USB use.

During the summer season (April-September) the use of parking facilities, namely a garage, is included in the rental price. You also can park you bikes here

We let our apartments during the whole year, either for a weekend or from Monday until Friday, or for weekly periods.  But during the summer season they are only let  for periods of at least one week.
