We advise you to insure against possible cancellation. 

We abide by the following rules set out by the ANVR when canceling a booking.

The following costs are incurred by cancellation of a booking: 

- by cancellation up until the 42nd day before booking begin, then
- forfeit of the deposit. 

- by cancellation from and including day 42 and until day 28, then
- 60% of the total letting price must be paid. 

- by cancellation from and including day 28 until the day of the tenancy begin, then
-90% of the total amount must be paid. 

- by cancellation on arrival day or there-after then,  
- the full amount must be paid.

On booking the Apartment you will be sent written details regarding it's location, the handing over of keys and an agreement of let.
 
Please return to us a signed copy of the said agreement within seven days of receipt. 

Payment is as follows: A 15% deposit is payable with fourteen days of signing the agreement. 

The remainder is due 14 days before contract begin.
