Apartment Seeduyne 41 on the Boulevard of Egmond aan Zee

The appartment is situated on the ground floor at the eastside of the appartmentbuilding and it has a large and sunny terrace  

Luxuriously furnished it is suitable for occupants to live comfortably.

It is suitable for 4 occupants, with two bedrooms with each two single beds.

It has a hallway with toilet, a bathroom with bath but with a separate shower, living room (40m2), open plan kitchen (6m2), 2 bedrooms.

You have a large terrace two balconys with a view to the east. There is no seaview. In the morning you can have your breakfast or sit in the sun

Included is a dishwasher, electric oven, combi-microwave, cable TV, radio/CD/DVD player. 

The apartment is available the whole year through either for weekends, Mondays until Fridays or for weekly periods, (during the summer period only for complete weeks, saturday/saturday). Included is garage space in the house basement car park including space for your bicycles.

Letting fees are based on two occupants with an extra cost of 10 Euros per person (max. 4 persons). 
Pets are forbidden. 

There is a Dune Entrance card at your disposal allowing you access to wonderful walks through the dunes at all times.
